Laurie Wilkes

Financial Coordinator/Office Manager

Laurie has been a part of the Innovative team since 1995. Her goal is to give each of our patients the best orthodontic experience possible.

The entire front office team strives to work together to assist our patients and their families in every possible way, from scheduling to finances. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and coworkers. I love taking trips and working out.

Carol Dotson

Marketing Coordinator

Carol has been with Innovative Orthodontics since 1998. She enjoys meeting new patients and helping them find the best treatment and financial plan for their smiles and lifestyle. As the treatment coordinator, Carol will give you an unforgettable and valuable introduction to your journey towards a healthy and beautiful smile.

She was raised here in Savannah, Georgia, and loves our city. Carol is married to her husband, Denny, and has two sons. She enjoys spending time with family and attending her sons' sporting events.

Carie Hicks

New Patient Coordinator

As the front desk coordinator, Carie's is the first friendly smile that you will see. She takes pride in greeting each and every patient. Her duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and answering any questions you may have about your orthodontic journey.

Carie has been with Innovative Orthodontics since November of 2014. She is a mother of three beautiful girls, ages 20, 17, and 12. God and family are her life and seeing beautiful smiles being created is her favorite part of her job.
