Your Smile Investment
At Innovative Orthodontics, it is our mission to provide you with high-quality treatment that fits your budget!
Your Innovative treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.
We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. While we no longer accept checks, we do accept payments by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
We also offer a discount for patients who pay in full at the beginning of treatment and for families with multiple people undergoing treatment at the same time.
Don’t let finances stand in your way from achieving the beautiful, healthy smile you deserve! We are pleased to offer in-house payment plans and third-party financing through CareCredit to help make your treatment more affordable.
This flexible payment option allows you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – keeping your smile healthy.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so our team will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims on your behalf.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If your benefits change during the course of treatment, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Our team is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If claims are not paid within 60 days, you are responsible for the balance. If you have any questions, our front desk team is always available to answer them.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.
