Dr. Waters has been creating beautifully straightened smiles since 2000. His own experience with orthodontics inspired him to pursue this rewarding field. Outside the office, his passions include flying airplanes, kiteboarding, and spending cherished time with his family.
Dr. Clayton is a native of the Savannah area. He discovered his interest in dentistry through his father-in-law, a practicing dentist for over 30 years. Dr. Clayton’s attention to detail led him to specialize in orthodontics. He graduated at the top of his class and completed a 2.5-year residency in orthodontics. His expertise is matched by his love for his family, including his high school sweetheart, Katie, and their three daughters. When not perfecting smiles, he enjoys outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, running, and exploring new restaurants.

Carie is our front desk coordinator. She’s often the first person our patients see when they walk through our door. Since joining Innovative Orthodontics in 2014, she has taken pride in greeting each patient and handling queries about their orthodontic progress. Her warmth and dedication make her an essential part of our team.
